Franklin Dolland
Franklin Dolland is a retired educator with a very diverse background gained through his various careers as banker, senator, elected member of parliament, minister of government, and ambassador to the UN and USA, and businessman as well as his travels across the USA and around the world. He has been a community leader for over four decades and is a certified life coach. Mr. Dolland is the co-founder/chairman of Success Awaits You International Inc. (S.A.Y.), a youth oriented initiative which addresses a wide range of topics that prepare attendees for the workplace and for life. His passion is working with disadvantaged and at-risk youth.
Denise Dolland
Denise Dolland is a co-founder of Success Awaits You International, Inc. (S.A.Y.). In her capacity as vice president, her main focus is developing and orchestrating programs which provide young adults and adults with guidance and education to strengthen their life skills. From Johannesburg, South Africa to Decatur, Georgia, Mrs. Dolland always grasped the opportunity to be involved in youth training. She has a burning desire to work with youth while encouraging them to maximize their potential. Her education, coupled with a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors, equips her with a wide array of cross-functional management skills which are implemented to ensure the success of S.A.Y. programs.
Florence Sylvester
Florence Sylvester is an experienced and accomplished community health educator. Mrs. Sylvester’s portfolio runs the gamut from developmental training for children 0-3 to managing a senior citizens home. Armed as a U.K. trained state registered nurse, she served as a nurse counsellor and education officer for Grenada Planned Parenthood Association where she designed, developed and implemented programs to encourage healthy lifestyle behaviors in teens and adults. Mrs. Sylvester utilizes her areas of specialized training in adolescent health, women and development, and parenting facilitation to instruct the respective segments of the Grenada population. Additionally, she has served the Grenada Supreme Court for 13 years in the capacity of registered mediator.
Dr. Edward Clarke
Dr. Clarke is a professor of Social Psychology and currently the Dean of the School of Social Science at the U.S.C. in Trinidad. He also holds an MBA and has developed and conducted business strategy seminars for heads of states and governments globally. Married for 40 years, he has 3 married daughters and 6 grandchildren.
Gary James
Gary James is an international motivational speaker known for his appeal to a wide variety of audiences by delivering passionate and humorous result-driven information. His energetic and provocative delivery style combined with in-depth research and an innovative approach makes him a favorite with conference attendees who are serious about lifestyle enhancement and success in personal and business relationships.
Tanya James
Tanya James is a Senior Graphic Design Specialist experienced in the management of the complete graphic design process from conceptualization to delivery. She develops and creates all program materials for S.A.Y. – from business cards to souvenir journals. As an indispensable member of the S.A.Y. team, Mrs. James also uses her versatility to enhance S.A.Y. conferences through her writing skills as a published author and her talent as a singer.
Andrea Gibbs Brooks
Mrs. Brooks is a relationship educator, licensed professional counselor and certified counselor in the U.S.A. She conducts seminars and workshops internationally in the areas of effective communication and relationship building. She is married and has three adult children.
Tesula Stewart-Miller
Secretary and Treasurer, S.A.Y.
Mrs. Tesula Stewart-Miller is Senior Vice President of Fidelity Bank. Her professional career spans over twenty years in the financial services industry in which she has held various senior lending, credit policy, risk management and credit administration positions. She is a former elected official and is past president of the Risk Management Association (RMA) Palm Beach/Treasure Coast and Florida Chapters. She has held board director positions with the Quantum Foundation, The Abacoa Partnership for Communities and The Urban League of Greater Atlanta. Academic achievements include a Masters of Business Administration degree from Barry University and a graduate certificate from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She has also completed The Leadership Institute at Harvard University, real estate financing training at Nova University and the Urban Land Institute. Among her several recognitions are the LEND award from Bank of America and the Sandra Jansky Award from The RMA Florida Chapter.
