Dear Mr. Dolland:
Your event was professionally presented and filled a long awaited gap in the education of Youth & Women in Grenada, which was thoroughly taken in. The women were enthused and awakened to their inner strengths.
It was evident that Mrs. Franklin Dolland was heavily behind the scenes in everything, quietly noted by the way it was conducted. We the audience saw her passion to ensure success with audience activities and favors which were warmly welcomed. It was also great to see the professionalism and quiet efficiency of the support staff and audience interaction. I really enjoyed the whole Conference and so did everyone. Your presenters were dynamic, balanced and well received.
Dr. Clarke was very good as expected. He is a true professional and keenly absorbed Grenada’s current youth problems by quick observations and linked it with the wider Caribbean. His personal story about discipline without the strap rang home.
The vibrations, I repeat vibrations of Mr. Gary James excelled expectations and achieved the expected results. He spoke on a common topic and met the crowd on all levels.
The Conference was well planned and sponsored, which captured the attention of a larger varied audience from across the country which otherwise would not have been possible due to the lagging economy. The timeframes were short but effective for a first time. It would be good to hold workshops for longer periods down the road. However, this must be carefully planned to accommodate the working public and Grenada’s public transportation issues.
Spice Basket as a venue was well chosen. Kudos to Mr. & Mrs. Hugh Dolland and family whose evident hard work looked seamless.
Again kudos and a big “thank you” for your kind invitation. I invited others and all were extremely satisfied.
Kind Regards,
Patricia V. Walcott
